Prior to entering Shoreline Village property, guests are required to have facemask or face cover, per City of Long Beach ordinance.

While at Louisiana Charlie's, customers must wear a facial mask or facial covering that covers the mouth and nose prior to reading our outdoor menu, place an order at our self-serve kiosk or pick up an order. This requirement is for the safety of our employees as well as our customers and our delivery partner drivers.


Food Dissatisfaction

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. Louisiana Charlie's take great pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is a wrong item, omitted or other similar circumstances. Refunds are not provided for food that a guest simply does not like.


Spice Level

Some of our food items are spicy to some and not to others. Spice level can be different for everyone. We suggest customers err on the side of caution and choose a dish with no spice (anything Cajun/Creole). We do not offer discounts or refunds if food is too spicy.



Louisiana Charlie's does provide courtesy items such as disposable plasticware, napkins, condiment packages etc. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item, you are welcome to let us know so we may address the issue with our staff, however, we cannot provide discounts, refunds or store credit.


Louisiana Charlie's strive to prepare and package our pickup items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.


Cancel Order

We are sorry but we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order has started preparation or already made. We cannot provide any refund or credit for beverages.
